Viewpoint Residential Design, LLC is a small, home design firm located in Lee's Summit, MO, approximately 30 minutes southeast of downtown Kansas City. We lease a second floor business office in a commercial building facing MO-291 South.
Since 1998, our company has received local and regional recognition for its home designs on an annual basis. We consider this 10-consecutive-year stretch of recognition, by leading organizations in the home building industry, to be a high honor.
The goal of Viewpoint Design has always been to provide innovative, custom home designs and excellent customer service to our builders and clients in the Greater Kansas City area, and to market the fruit of these services to the entire United States, via the internet and our print-house network. As the company has continued to serve its community, the plan database has grown. We house over 600 home plans, including both original and derivative works.
Viewpoint Design has developed a lasting relationship with a reputable engineering firm that provides the structural engineering analysis and design needed for our home plans to meet the ever-changing, local governing codes of a four-state area. This key element has allowed us to stay price-competitive because we utilize the expertise and professionalism of a licensed sub-contractor.
We operate our business solely on the laws and moral standards revealed by God in the Holy Bible. These are non-negotiable. This has ensured the longevity of our company and developed a strong work ethic with our production staff, translating into repeat business from clients and builders. Word-of-mouth advertising has proven time and time again to be our best form of direct advertising.
