STOCK PLAN SERVICE

All Plans are Copyright by Viewpoint Residential Design, LLC.

Stock Plan Service includes:
1. 1/4" Scale Floor Plans, Foundation Plan, and Front Elevation.
2. 1/8" Scale Side Elevations, Rear Elevation and Roof Plan.
3. Fully Dimensioned Floor Plans and Foundation Plan.
4. Multiple-Build Agreement.
5. 10 (Ten) Sets of Prints (shipped within 72 Hours of full receipt of payment.)

Note: Stock Plan Service DOES NOT include a Professional Engineer's Review or Seal. Your municipality may require that you obtain one or both in order to comply with governing codes. Viewpoint Residential Design sub-contracts this service for construction in the states of Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska only. Please call for a current quote. There will be an approximate 10 business day delay on shipping your order.

Additional sets of prints may be ordered at the pricing quoted below.

We are sorry, but REFUNDS and RETURNS are not permitted. Before ordering, please ensure that the overall plan dimensions fit within the easements and build lines of your lot and that the plan square footage meets the minimum restrictions for your subdivision.

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE

Base Custom Home Design
Includes: 3 Design Meetings, 1/4" Scale Floor Plans (w/ Attached Garage), Foundation Plan, and Front Elevation, 1/8" Scale Sides and Rear Elevations and Roof Plan, Working Dimensions, Design Inspection, and Multiple-Build Agreement.

*Depending on the size and complexity of your custom home design, Viewpoint Design reserves the right to change the above service rate. All Sq. Ft. rates (unless noted otherwise) are based on Living (i.e. Carpeted) Area calculated per industry standard. Viewpoint Residential Design, LLC retains complete copyright on all services rendered.

Builders/Developers: Exclusive Rights Agreements for model and spec’ homes are available. Request "black-out" areas at initial meeting.

ENGINEERING SERVICE (Subcontracted)

Professional Engineer's Plan Review and/or Seal (Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska Only).

PRINTING SERVICE

Federal Copyright Law prohibits the reproduction of prints without an original, signed, authorization form.

ESTIMATING SERVICES

Plan Service
Includes:
1. Square footage calculations* for basement slab, garage slab, porch stoop, concrete patio, decks (does not include stairs or landings), screened-in-decks and screened-in patios.
2. Square footage calculation for tile floor (calculated to front of cabinetry.)
3. Square footage calculation for hardwood floor (calculated to back of cabinetry.)
4. Square calculations for all roof pitches.

Elevation Service
Includes: square footage surface calculations* for all Front Elevation exterior wall materials; including stucco, brick, stone, and lap siding.

* Calculations do not include a waste factor, masonry (stone/brick) returns, or square footage for window and door openings.

MARKETING SERVICES

Marketing Sheet (17" x 11")
A helpful marketing tool to be used as a mark-up sheet for client meetings. Sheet includes: CAD produced front elevation, floor plan(s) and side elevations, overall width and depth of home, approximate room sizes and square footage(s) of living space. Drawings are not to scale. (Optional Artist's Rendering Service available. Call for quote.)

Builder's Hand-out (8 1/2" x 11")
A proven selling tool that provides your prospective clients and agents with the necessary information they'll need for purchasing or selling your latest model or spec' home. Sheet includes: CAD produced front elevation, floor plan(s), overall width and depth of home, approximate room sizes and square footage(s) of living space. Hand-outs can include your home's street address and subdivision name, as well as your company logo, current pricing information and descriptive text about your home. Drawings are not to scale. Website Graphics
All the marketing graphics you’ll need to showcase your latest product on the World Wide Web! Service includes: CAD produced front elevation and floor plan(s) (in JPG or GIF format), burned to a CD or e-mailed directly to your Web Designer. (Optional Artist's Rendering Service available.
